Here’s how it works (4 easy steps)
1. Sign Your Organization Up. - Complete the form below and request an available fundraising date.
2. Invite your supporters. - We’ll provide a reservation link and promotional materials. You share them with your members, friends, families, and supporters.
3. Come bowling! - Everyone attending your fundraiser gets two hours of glow bowling, including shoe rental, for just $15 per person.
4. Raise money! - Your organization receives $10 from every admission credited to your fundraiser.
How much could you raise?
We make fundraising easy
We handle the bowling, shoe rental, staff, Nitro glow lighting, music, and online reservations. Your organization handles spreading the word and encouraging supporters to attend.
No merchandise to sell. No complicated event planning. Just a great night out for a great cause!
Saturday dates are available
We’re accepting organizations for Saturday fundraising dates through the end of December 2026, with dates available as often as every week. Dates are subject to availability and confirmation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it cost our organization anything to sign up?
No. There is no upfront hosting fee.
Do our supporters need to pay in advance?
Advance reservations are strongly encouraged, but they do not need to pay ahead to reserve lanes. They can reserve lanes by calling Les & Jim's Lincoln Lanes directly at 715-536-9405.
Who promotes the fundraiser?
Your organization is responsible for actively promoting the event and bringing supporters. We’ll provide promotional materials and manage the bowling experience.
Can children and families attend?
Yes. Invite your members, friends, families, and other supporters. But is a great opportunity for teens to get out and socialize in a fun, safe environment.
How much money will we receive?
Your organization receives $10 for each paid admission whether they are there to support your group or if they just happened to come and bowl!
When will we receive our money?
After the event, once admission sales have been reconciled. Payment details will be confirmed when your date is booked.
